■About the Environmental Mechatronics Division
Our original commitment to color as a textile manufacturer has evolved into three unique technological pillars: "color matching and measurement," "inspection and measurement," and "information processing."
Our electronics technology began with our attempt to control color by upgrading our in-house dyeing factory to high technology. This was first achieved by commercializing a color matching system that computerized the color matching process for dyes, etc., and has since expanded to all industries that handle color materials. → "Color matching and measurement"
The two elemental technologies we have developed here - software technology and color sensing technology - are combined with CAD/CAM technology to develop imaging solution systems and production management systems → "Information processing"
Towards a high-speed, high-precision inspection and measurement system that makes full use of color images and invisible wavelengths of light (infrared and ultraviolet rays) → "Inspection and Measurement"
Each has deepened.
Furthermore, we have adopted the concept of "eye COMPANY" as our division concept, and with vision sensing technology (=eye technology) at our core, we are contributing to creating a sustainable society in the fields of appearance inspection, 3D measurement, and robotics/automation by leveraging our accumulated technology, centered on cameras.
■ Organizational structure
Technology Development Department: 23 people
└Product Development Division
└ Manufacturing Technology Division
→We are divided into about 10 technical groups for each product. Each group consists of 1 to 10 people, and includes staff from both departments.
