From handling many kinds of Personal Information in the course of business, WILLTEC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WILLTEC Co., Ltd.") recognizes that to protecting Personal Information is important social responsibility, and is essential to promote business activities by obtaining the trust of society.
Based on this principle, the Personal Information Protection Management System has been established for compliance with laws and regulations on Personal Information, and "Personal Information Protection Policy" has been established as follows.
Officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as employees) are required to properly handle and thoroughly manage Personal Information by complying with this management system.
■Personal Information Protection Policies
1. Collection of Personal Information
In the case of acquisition of Personal Information, the purpose of use is disclosed to the Principal in advance, or expressly defined in writing each time, by lawful and fair means.
2. Use of Personal Information
Concerning the use of Personal Information, the use is within the scope of the Purpose of Use notified, publicized, or consented in advance to the principal and is not allowed to be used for purposes other than those purposes. (provided, however, that, in cases where there is no exceptional need to obtain the consent of a principal under the Personal Information Protection Act, use may be conducted for a purpose other than those clarified in advance by a notice.
3. Providing Personal Information
We shall not provide Personal Information to a third party without obtaining a principal's consent.
4.Measures to ensure the safe management of Personal Information
In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of Personal Information, personal data shall be kept accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve a utilization purpose, and when such data has become unnecessary to be used, such personal data shall be deleted without delay. It is also capable of implementing preventive measures against the unauthorized access to Personal Information, leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Information, and promptly implementing corrective measures in the event of a problem.
5.Supervision of Workers and Entrusted Parties
In order to ensure the safe management of Personal Information, we shall conduct for the necessary and appropriate supervision of employees, and periodically proper education.
In cases of entrusting the processing of Personal Information to the third party, necessary and appropriate supervision shall be conducted for the entrusted party to ensure the safety management by selecting a business operator who is recognized to satisfy a sufficient level of protection for Personal Information.

In cases where a principal makes a request for disclosure (notice, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion) of Personal Information held by that principal, a principal will be able to provide retained personal information and take other appropriate measures in consideration of the convenience of the principal in order to enable a principal to make a demand for disclosure easily and appropriately (Excluding the case where disclosure may be refused regarding disclosure).
7. Response to Complaints
We shall, in cases where a principal has received complaints or consultations from the principal about the handling of Personal Information, deal with them appropriately and promptly and endeavor to establish a system necessary to deal with them.
8.Continuous Improvements
We are to comply relevant laws, regulations and other norms, regularly review their efforts for the protection of Personal Information in response to changes in the social environment, and strive to continuously improve and improve their Personal Information protection management system.

In this case, we and WillHearts Co., Ltd. are obliged under their contracts to implement safety control measures and supervise the handling of Personal Information in a proper manner.
