■ Using the site

1. "Site RISE for Career" shall mean the job information site and event information site distribution site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") to be provided to users (hereinafter defined) operated by WILLTEC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the e-mail distribution site incidental to the Site.

2. This site offers sites for foreign engineers who wish to find employment in Japan in the Asian region.

3. Users of this website shall use this site on their own will and responsibility.

■Users

1. Due to the nature of this site, user registration is available to those who meet both of the following criteria ① and ②.

① People of Asian nationality
② Those who are science (technical) university graduates or students who have obtained or are expected to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in the field of "Engineer" among "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" in the qualification of residence in Japan.
③ Those approved by our company regardless of the above ① and ②
*Users can change, add, or delete the registration information they entered when registering at any time on their My Page. Users can also cancel their membership at any time by completing the cancellation procedure on the same page.

2. If a user does not fall under any of the preceding paragraphs and a certain period of time has passed, we may cancel the user's membership after giving prior notice to the user.

■ Agreement to these terms and conditions

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to all use of this site by users. When using this site, users must comply with these Terms.

2. When a user begins using this site, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms and the "Personal Information Protection Policy." When the user agrees to these terms, a contract for the use of this site is formed between the user and our company.

3. We may, at our discretion, reject a user registration if any of the following reasons apply. We are not obligated to disclose the reason for rejecting a user registration even if requested by the person who wishes to register.

(1) If the information provided by the applicant under paragraph 1 is false in whole or in part
⑵ If it is discovered that the user is a member of an antisocial force as defined in the provision on the exclusion of antisocial forces or any of the items in the same article
(3) If it becomes clear that a person has violated or is violating any contracts, rules, etc. between the Company and the person in question
4) If the Company determines that the User Registration is inappropriate

■Changes, suspension, etc. of this website

1. The Company may change or add to all or part of the content of this Site without prior notice to users. However, it does not guarantee that such changes or additions will maintain all of the functions and performance of this Site prior to the changes or additions.

2. The Company may suspend or interrupt the use of the Site in whole or in part in any of the following cases. In such cases, the Company will endeavor to notify users in advance as much as possible.

(1) When regular or emergency inspection or maintenance work is carried out on the computer system related to this Site.
(2) If a computer, communication line, etc. is stopped due to an accident.
(3) If operation of this website becomes impossible due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, epidemic, natural disaster, etc.
(4) Any other case in which the Company reasonably determines it is necessary to suspend or interrupt this Site.

3. We may terminate all or part of this Site without prior notice to users.
4. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to the user by this article.

■ User ID and password management

1. Users shall, at their own responsibility, strictly manage their user IDs and passwords for this site to prevent them from being used illegally by third parties.
2. Any actions taken on this site using the user ID and password will be deemed to be the actions of the user.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from insufficient management of user IDs and passwords.
4. Users may not lend, transfer, buy, sell, pawn, or allow a third party to use their account on this Site.

■ Usage period

The period of use of this site shall be from the time the user registers on this site until the time the user cancels their membership.

■ Ownership of Rights

1. The User agrees to grant the Company the right to use all copyrighted material (including the rights set out in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) that the User provides to the Company through the use of this Site, free of charge and without restriction, regardless of the purpose.
2. Regardless of the method or form, users may not copy, reproduce, publicly transmit, modify, or otherwise use any of the information and content provided by our company on this site (collectively, "our content") beyond the scope of personal use as defined by the Copyright Act.
3. Copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, design rights and all other intellectual property rights and the rights to register these rights (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights") relating to the Company Content belong to the Company or the licensors from which the Company has a license, and do not belong to the user.
4. If a problem occurs as a result of a User's violation of the provisions of this Article, the User must resolve the problem at his/her own expense and responsibility, and take appropriate measures to avoid causing any disadvantage, burden, or damage to the Company.
5. The User will not exercise any moral rights (including the right of publication, the right to display the name, and the right to maintain the integrity) with respect to any part of the posted content that may constitute a copyrighted work against the Company, any third party that has legitimately acquired rights from the Company, or any person that has inherited rights from such third party.

■Prohibited acts

Users of this website are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts on this website.
1. Intentionally entering inaccurate or false information
2. Any act that libels, slanders, or threatens individuals or groups, or that may result in such actions
3. Any act that infringes or may infringe the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, name rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and other intellectual property rights.
4. Any criminal act or any act that violates or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
5. Any act that causes or may cause detriment to the Company or a third party
6. Any act that interferes with the smooth operation of this site, or any act that damages or may damage the credibility or reputation of our company
7. Using information obtained through this site to demand money from the Company or a third party, or to cause disadvantage or damage
8. Using any information, images, text, etc. obtained through this site beyond the scope of personal use, regardless of the method of reproduction, sale, publication, or otherwise, or disclosing or providing such information to a third party
9. Any action that, without obtaining special permission from our company, causes or may cause detriment to the smooth operation of this Site, such as directly applying for a job or applying for an event to a publisher of job information or event information obtained through this Site, without using this Site

■ Exclusion of antisocial forces

1. The User represents and warrants that he/she is not currently a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person who has been a member of an organized crime group for less than five years, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, a swindler pretending to be a social activist, a criminal group with specialized intelligence, or any other person equivalent thereto (collectively referred to as "anti-social forces"), and that he/she does not fall under any of the following items, and that he/she will not fall under any of the following items in the future.

(1) Having a relationship that is deemed to give antisocial forces control over management
(2) Having a relationship that is deemed to involve substantial involvement of antisocial forces in management
(3) Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of antisocial forces, such as for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself, one's company or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party.
(4) Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds, etc., or convenience to antisocial forces. (5) Having a relationship that can be socially criticized between an officer or a person substantially involved in management and antisocial forces.

2. The User undertakes not to engage in any of the following acts, either by himself or through a third party:

(1) Violent demands
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Threatening behavior or violence in relation to transactions
(4) Spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or using force to damage the other party's credibility or to interfere with the other party's business
(5) Any other conduct similar to those listed above.

3. If the Company finds that a User is a member of an anti-social force or falls under any of the items in paragraph 1, or has engaged in any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph, or has made a false statement with respect to the representations and warranties made under the provisions of paragraph 1, the Company may terminate this Agreement without any notice to the User, regardless of whether or not there is a reason attributable to the User.
4. The User acknowledges and agrees that if the Company terminates this Agreement pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable to compensate the User for any damages incurred by the User.

■Our Responsibilities

1. We shall not be liable for any damages (mental distress, interruption of job information gathering activities and event information gathering activities, or any other disadvantages, including monetary losses) caused by the user's use of this site (including the associated information provision activities by our company or third parties) unless we are negligent. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages caused by other sites provided by third parties that can be accessed through this site, or by third parties that provide sweepstakes, job recruitment promotion activities, information provision, etc. on this site. Even if we are liable, our liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless we are guilty of intentional or gross negligence.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by events beyond the Company's control (hereinafter referred to as "force majeure"), such as virus damage that cannot be prevented by reasonable virus countermeasures normally taken in information handling operations, power outage damage, server failure, line failure, fire damage, and damage caused by natural disasters. The Company cannot guarantee that data on this site will not be erased or altered due to such force majeure. Users are requested to save data on this site at their own risk.
3. Please be aware that we do not guarantee the veracity, safety, legality, appropriateness, or usefulness of any information provided on this site, including information about third parties such as corporate information, corporate advertisements, job advertisements, or other information provided under the responsibility of a third party, and use the information at your own risk.
