- Job Description

To build a building according to the blueprint,
We check and manage safety, quality, and processes at construction sites.
Also, depending on the location,
Drawing creation using CADBIM (construction drawings, design drawings, structural drawings, equipment drawings),
You may also make corrections.
(CAD used: Jw-CAD/AutoCAD/VectorWorks/Revit/Rebro/Tfas…)
*The CAD used varies depending on the place of employment.
Other positions such as facility management and design are also available.
We will consider your request and experience.

Application requirements

- Required Conditions

・Graduate from a civil engineering university in your home country or a civil engineering university or technical college in Japan
・Those with experience working at a construction site in their home country or Japan
・Work experience in construction management, design, or CAD/BIM operator (approximately 1 year)
・Those who have no problem communicating in Japanese
