1. Online interview
The interview will be conducted online and we will focus on the following points:
・Language skills: We assess your foreign language and Japanese proficiency and check whether smooth communication is possible.
・Communication skills: We will evaluate your ability to respond and express yourself, which are necessary in the customer service industry.
2. Check the visa requirements
We will check whether you meet the requirements for obtaining a visa to work in Japan. In particular, the selection criteria will include whether you meet the requirements related to your residence status.
3. Health-related Q&A
We will check that you have no health concerns and can perform your duties for a long period of time.
4. Final Selection
After the interview, visa requirements and health checks are completed, we will make a final selection and notify you of the result.
5. Application for Certificate of Eligibility
Those who pass the selection process will apply for a Certificate of Eligibility online.
