Construction and maintenance of expressways requires "scaffolding." You will be in charge of managing the construction of the scaffolding.
<About the construction>
■ Area
The construction work will mainly be carried out within Nagoya City.
Additionally, we only manage one site per day.
■ Preparation before construction
After meeting with the customer, we will create a construction plan.
After that, we make a list of the necessary materials based on the construction drawings and plans.
■ Construction period
The construction period is from six months to about three years for long construction projects.
■ Construction process
It took about three months from when we received the order for the construction to the time the scaffolding was installed.
During this time we create regulation diagrams and plan the scaffolding.
After the scaffolding is erected, we plan the next construction project and then dismantle it once all construction is completed.
■ Roles on site
Check that the workers are following the construction drawings and that the construction is progressing according to schedule.

<Process after joining the company>
To manage a site by yourself, you will need to obtain a "Class 2 Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician" qualification. The company will cover the cost of obtaining this qualification within 1-2 years.
Until then, you will be working under your senior colleagues at your workplace, learning the flow of work.
