We are looking for someone to help manage the construction of our new business.
We welcome those who wish to gain knowledge and experience in construction management in the Japanese construction industry.
Specifically:
Preparation for morning and afternoon assemblies
Building photography/management
Project schedule adjustment/confirmation
Work instructions to subcontractors
Resident and Neighborhood Support
Inputting various data
Creating documents such as daily reports, reports, flyers, etc.
*You will be primarily responsible for large-scale repair work on housing complexes, condominiums, and commercial facilities in the three Tokai prefectures.

You will undergo classroom training and initially learn the overall flow of work from senior employees.
