At the project sites of our clients, mainly major general contractors,

You will be responsible for architectural design.

①Basic design related

·basic design

・Presentation materials creation

・Creating models for design review

・Detailed design

・Create 3D models from 2D drawings

[Tools used]

AUTOCAD/Revit/Vectorworks/photoshop/illustrator

②Production design related (on-site)

・Creating, reviewing and checking production drawings/work drawings

・Coordination meetings with relevant parties (client/designer/site/partner companies)

・Drawing/document record management

・Create comprehensive drawings for production design, process control, etc. using 3D models

・Create 3D model drawings to explain to the client

・Basic construction education and CAD training at the Technical Training Center

(1) A lecturer from Taisei Corporation (part-time lecturer for 11 years to obtain a first-class architect license)
