②Technical support for manufacturing groups
Setting production conditions and checking physical properties for commercialization, improving productivity and yield, etc.

A request comes to the sales department
→ A request comes to the factory
→For new Job, a development manager will be assigned (each Job has a different manager).
→ Prototype (make a small size using a lab machine)
→ Check physical properties and customer confirmation
→ Mass production (process development, including setting standard conditions on-site)
*Sometimes we develop the material first, and sometimes the customer specifies the material.
