- Job Description

We want to train construction managers who can not only draw up blueprints, but also "operate the site" according to the blueprints.
After joining the company, you will be working as a construction management assistant while also gaining experience in creating CAD drawings.
Initially, you will be tasked with carrying out the following duties with the support of your superiors:
＜Specifically:＞
Photographing and documenting construction sites
Process and safety confirmation and management support
Assistance with communication with partner companies
Checking materials and assisting with on-site setup
Drawing correction and creation using JWCAD and AutoCAD
*In the future, you will grow into a construction manager who can read blueprints, understand the design intent, and be in charge of a site alone.

Able to communicate in Japanese (approximately N3 to N2 level)
Able to operate JWCAD or AutoCAD (school or self-study is OK)
No nationality restrictions (we have seniors from Vietnam, China, the Philippines, Myanmar, etc.)
