Under the supervision of the Project Manager (PM), you will provide support to ensure the smooth progress of development and implementation projects using anybot.
This job involves connecting various members, including customers, sales, engineers, and designers, and coordinating to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
Even if you are new to the IT industry, you can gradually learn the overall process and aim to become a PM in the future, responsible for the entire project.
*You can start with customer support, deepen your service, and acquire customer service skills before moving on to delivery work.
▼Specific work content
<If you start as a PM assistant>
・Organizing project progress and tasks
・Collaboration and schedule adjustment with internal members (sales, engineers, designers)
・ Summarizing meeting content and preparing report materials
・Support for checking delivery dates and quality
<Starting with customer support>
・Responding to Contact Us from companies using anybot (including guidance on how to use the service and troubleshooting)
・Record and organize Contact Us and share them with the internal development team
・Improvement proposals based on customer feedback
