You will be responsible for cloud maintenance and operations for our company's services.

・Release work (every 2 months) *Includes release preparation work

・System monitoring

・Response when an alert occurs due to system monitoring

・Error and defect investigation (log extraction, log investigation, etc.)

・Responding Contact Us from on-premise customers

・Building infrastructure for Job

・Maintenance support for on-premise customers (version upgrades, environment reconstruction, etc.)
