● Lead and develop development teams: Responsible for building, developing and maintaining a team of software engineers, project managers and support functions to meet customer needs and drive company growth.
● Pre-sales: Lead technical pre-sales for major Job, including customer meetings, workshops, solution discussions, and proposal presentations.
● Delivery Coordination and Issue Resolution: Coordinate Job execution, track progress, and resolve issues to deliver quality results on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Client Relations: Act as the client's primary point of contact, clearly communicating their needs and expectations, advocating for their interests, and facilitating smooth communication between the client and internal teams to ensure the success of Job.
● Collaborate on Expansion and Growth with Existing Customers: Drive expansion within existing customers, identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, collaborate with sales, technical sales and delivery teams to develop tailored strategies for each customer to maximize customer growth and ensure long-term satisfaction.
● Budget and Financial Management: Manage the Software Center's budget and ensure efficient use of resources to ensure financial goals are met responsibly.
● Ensuring compliance with processes and regulations: Ensure the team adheres to internal processes and regulations, including industry standards such as ISO and CMMI, to maintain quality and improve operational efficiency.
