・Creating analysis materials for your company, competitors, and customers
・Management of business meetings (preparing materials, minutes, etc.)
・Adjustments to ensure smooth operation, problem extraction and analysis, and proposals leading to solutions, etc.
<Process after joining the company>
Initially, you will gain a deeper understanding of our business and products through business unit performance management, analysis and meeting management.
In the future, I will work with the division manager to expand my responsibilities to include marketing strategy planning and planning (system implementation, exhibitions, public relations, etc.).
<Organizational structure>
The Business Planning Department consists of a manager and five other members (two chiefs, two section chiefs, and one department member), with a wide range of ages from their 20s to their 50s.
