■ Job Description
You will be responsible for system design and PM work for our original digital coupon services, including "Petit Gift," as well as project progress management and coordination with engineers from our group companies in Vietnam.
・Consult and confirm Job specifications with the sales department
・Information provided to the development team regarding necessary information for development and testing
・Management of development progress etc./adjustment of response schedules
- Monitor the status of ongoing Job
・PM work for large-scale development products (from function proposals to design)
・Preparing documents for large-scale development projects/checking and organizing contact information
・Schedule/cost control/quality control
・Coordination of all of the above with various departments
■ How to proceed with the project
We listen to requirements from sales, then design, implement, test, and release.
For complex Job, I attend meetings with sales staff to hear the client's requests.
There are also Job that are led by engineers, who work directly with clients under the direct supervision of management.
