・You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and renovation of water supply and drainage and air conditioning equipment in various buildings such as office buildings, hotels, commercial facilities, hospitals, logistics centers, etc. Your role will be to increase motivation and productivity on-site through construction estimates, construction process management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost management, and quality control.
- You will also be responsible for negotiating with various stakeholders, including general contractors, construction companies, and clients.
- The size of properties varies from several million yen to several billion yen, and we are responsible for a wide range of work, including new construction and renovations, so you can take the next step while working on construction projects that suit your career.
・We believe that the first two to three years after joining the company will be a period during which you will learn the company's rules and the work style of KDDI. Please take your time and focus on your work.
