1. Not a PM who is only in charge of a part of a large-scale Job,
This is a Project Manager (PM) position where you will be responsible for making decisions and taking responsibility for each individual Job.
2. Our company is a global enterprise with 40% of our employees being foreign nationals.
Since many Job are conducted in English, we will entrust you with managing projects in English.
▼Specific work content
- Requirements gathering and creation of requirements definition documents (including UI/UX) through negotiations with the client.
- Project structure establishment and schedule formulation, progress and risk management
- Discussing implementation strategies and development direction in collaboration with designers/engineers.
- Building conversation flows/mini-apps using no-code tools
- Review of the test plan and instructions for QA/engineers.
- Customer acceptance testing and coordination of bug reports and improvement requests
- Development of release plans and overall direction of releases
