[Job Description]
We handle the entire process of electrical work, from design and cost estimation to construction management, for air conditioning system renovation projects in office buildings, commercial facilities, and other similar buildings.
*This is primarily intended for use in personal air conditioning systems for buildings, factories, and medical/welfare facilities.
*Applicants with only experience in construction management of electrical equipment installations are also welcome. Please utilize your accumulated experience in electrical equipment installations in upstream design and supervision work.
■Specifically...
- Accompany the sales department to customer sites and conduct on-site surveys.
- Checking estimates from partner companies
Based on the survey data, we will conduct analysis, calculations, create drawings, and prepare quotations.
- Proposals based on design drawings
- Visit the construction site to verify the actual situation.
- Manage construction sites in collaboration with other departments within the company and partner companies.
・Prioritizing safety and maintaining high quality, we deliver within the deadline.
*It is also possible to improve your skills by taking training courses at training facilities owned by Daikin Industries.
We also hold training sessions for mid-career hires on an ongoing basis.
