◆Main duties

Regarding the e-commerce site and internal management screen for employees that our company operates,

We will make the following improvements:

- Improved reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability for stable operation, and improved monitoring.

- Performance improvements to enhance the user experience

- Automation of operational tasks and promotion of Infrastructure as Code

• Incident management and troubleshooting

Optimizing AWS operating costs

- Site reliability management using SLO/SLI etc.

Currently, our development team consists solely of outsourced members, two of whom are SREs.

Our infrastructure is still under development and is in a phase where we need to make fundamental improvements.

A key responsibility of this position is to contribute to building the technical foundation as a core member of the engineering team.

- Required Conditions

・Applicants must have at least two years of practical experience in one of the following areas.

[SRE / Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer, etc.]

- Individuals who possess a degree that allows them to obtain a residence status for "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services"

[Bachelor's degree / Master's degree / Doctorate / FE / 10+ years of work experience, etc.]

◆Career Path Our company operates a cross-border e-commerce site and sells used cars overseas. Since our founding in 2009, we have exported to over 100 countries worldwide, including Africa, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, using our independently developed website, sales management and data analysis systems, and web marketing. By handling vehicle procurement, photography, web listing, transportation arrangements, and sales all in-house, we can minimize costs and export high-quality used cars. In recent years, we have also started triangular trade, exporting used cars from overseas to third countries, in addition to exports from within Japan. Currently, our development team has over a dozen engineers, but they are all contracted members, and there are only two SREs handling general duties. We are currently looking for someone to play an active role as an SRE, who will be a core member of our engineering team. Our infrastructure is still under development, and this is a position with a great deal of autonomy where you can make fundamental improvements.
