- Process development and improvement for semiconductor manufacturing processes (photolithography/etching/CMP/CVD, etc.)
- Yield improvement through manufacturing data analysis
- Equipment maintenance, equipment improvement, and predictive maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Promoting smart factory initiatives using MES, IoT, AGV, AMR, etc.
• Design and installation of special gas and chemical supply equipment and instrumentation equipment.
• Reliability evaluation • Process change evaluation • Failure analysis
• Technical support and quality improvement activities for customers
Taiwanese-Japanese interpretation
You will be responsible for technical tasks related to semiconductor manufacturing, such as those mentioned above.
