We want to train construction managers who can "operate on-site" according to the blueprints.
After joining the company, you will experience both CAD drawing and construction management assistance.
Initially, you will be tasked with carrying out the following duties with the support of your superiors:
＜Specifically:＞
Drawing correction and creation using JWCAD and AutoCAD
Photographing and documenting construction sites
Process and safety confirmation and management support
Assistance with communication with partner companies
Checking materials and assisting with on-site setup
*In the future, you will grow into a construction manager who can read blueprints, understand the design intent, and be in charge of a site alone.
