- Job Description

We are looking for an architectural construction manager for new construction and large-scale repair work on housing complexes, condominiums, commercial facilities, etc. in Aichi, Gifu, and Mie prefectures.
<Specific work>
Preparation for morning and afternoon assemblies
Building photography/management
Project schedule adjustment/confirmation
Confirmation and instructions for craftsmen
Resident and Neighborhood Support
Inputting various data
Creating documents such as daily reports, reports, flyers, etc.

◎Graduates of architecture-related departments or departments at universities or vocational schools (domestic or overseas)
