You will be responsible for identifying organizational issues across the company and resolving them through technology and engineering. You will be primarily responsible for the development and operation of our internal core systems built on the Salesforce platform.
While leading the entire in-house system with a bird's-eye view, you will be responsible for the entire process from responding to inquiries from user departments, investigating and correcting defects in existing functions, and defining requirements for new functions to improve business operations, through to their development and release.

Product backlog and sprint management
・Requirements definition and development of in-house core systems (Salesforce, etc.)
・Collaboration with external cloud services
・Investigation of the impact of Salesforce version upgrades
・AppExchange product operation follow-up (packaging, security review support, etc.)
・Reporting and data analysis using internal data
・Development flow planning and improvement
・Handling internal Contact Us and technical support
・Technical support for team members
