Detailed design and drafting services related to building structures, and 3D design using BIM (Revit).
Coordination and meetings with each department regarding customer service and operations
*Preference will be given to those with a Class 1 Architect license, a Class 2 Architect license, or a Class 1 Structural Architect license.
*Those who can perform seismic response analysis and those who can use "SNAP" are also very welcome.

Detailed design and drafting services related to architectural design, and 3D design using BIM (Revit).

*First-class and second-class architects are given preferential treatment
We are engaged in BIM work, where both architectural and structural design are done using 3D models.
In structural design, we also design seismic isolation structures and precast concrete (PCa) structures.
We also design medium-scale wooden structures, and handle earthquake resistance assessments and earthquake resistance renovations.
Shopping malls, business hotels, factories, etc.
Because I get to be involved in a variety of architectural designs, I can make new discoveries every day.
