・Remodeling of the Goguchi line
・Jig design, jig standardization study
・Production process improvement
・Create quality standards and product inspection methods
・Process setting (process that satisfies the required product precision)
・Man-hour setting for production line (setting the line cycle time based on the machine time and hand time expected from the process)
・Ordering equipment for production (meeting with equipment manufacturers to determine equipment specifications and jig specifications, etc.)
・Trial work after equipment completion
・Checking completed equipment, pointing out defects and dangerous areas, and making improvements
・Product precision is achieved through trials
・Train workers and identify defects
