- After joining the company, you will begin by accompanying a senior employee for the first six months and visiting various work sites.

You will be responsible for the construction work from preparation for construction to construction management and handover.
- The construction period is 3 to 4 months, and you will be responsible for 6 to 8 projects, patrolling the site to check the progress of the construction.
-The duties of the job include formulating construction plans, arranging for craftsmen, procuring materials, and managing construction, quality, and processes.
-The site is located in the Sagamihara area, Hachioji, and Tachikawa areas.
・I handle about 15 to 20 cases per year.
