- When working overseas, you will receive a separate allowance related to overseas work.
Housing allowance (for those under 40): 15,000 to 45,000 yen
• Workplace work allowance: 40,000 yen
- Separation allowance, travel expenses for employees working away from home, full reimbursement of transportation expenses, etc.
- Incentive/subsidy for obtaining qualifications (e.g., first-class architect, professional engineer): 100,000 to 500,000 yen
- Statutory qualification allowance (First-class architect/Professional Engineer): 10,000 yen/month
- Travel expenses for returning home (up to 100,000 yen for four trips for those under 30 and single)
- Single-person dormitory (generally for those under 30 years old)

Cafeteria plan: 100,000 yen for career-track positions, 50,000 yen for core-track positions.
