Application requirements

Candidates with experience in real estate and building management are welcome.

Applicants holding a Class 1 or Class 2 Construction Management Engineer qualification are welcome. We are looking for individuals who can work long-term. Knowledge of maintenance and management of building equipment, electrical equipment, and HVAC equipment is required. Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are also necessary.
