- Job Description

Based on the design drawings, construction drawings are created using BIM tools (Revit).
You will be responsible for considering front-loading strategies.
*The target is mainly large-scale reinforced concrete (RC) and steel-framed (S) buildings.
In addition to simple drawing tasks, I also get involved in the department's construction planning projects (construction planning and on-site support).
We pursue "models and drawings that are truly usable on-site" and support the transformation of the construction process.

- Creation of BIM construction drawings (Revit, etc.) based on design drawings.
- Participation in front-loading consideration and construction planning meetings.
- Proposing the use and efficiency improvements of BIM models in collaboration with the construction planning team.
- Training instructor/assistant for construction drawings and AutoCAD (including supporting training in other departments)
⇒Training will be held in two locations: ① major urban areas and ② the training center (15 minutes by bus from Aiko-Ishida Station).
*While there are currently no on-site presences, this may become necessary for large-scale Job in the future.

Those who meet any of the following criteria
- At least 3 years of experience creating architectural construction drawings for reinforced concrete (RC) or steel (S) structures (2D or 3D).
• Experience with Revit + at least 2 years of experience in creating construction drawings for wooden buildings
No prior Revit experience is necessary!
You will learn through our training program after joining the company.

- Welcome requirements

* Experience creating new drawings using AutoCAD or similar software is especially welcome. * Experience with large-scale construction projects such as logistics warehouses is a plus. * Experience using Revit or other BIM software (Archicad, GLOOBE, Real4, Tekla, etc.) * Experience working for a specialized construction drawing company is a plus.

■Expected annual salary: 3.82 million to 6 million yen *Excluding overtime pay *Salary is an estimate only and may fluctuate depending on age and experience during the selection process. ■Monthly salary: 250,000 to 381,080 yen (Basic salary: 220,000 to 341,080 yen + Fixed allowance: 30,000 to 40,000 yen) *Fixed allowance is a grade-based allowance based on the grade/salary step system. ■Overtime pay: Paid in 1-minute increments, no deemed overtime. ■Position allowance: Paid to those in leadership positions or higher (10,000 yen/month and up).
