1. Online interview
The interview will be conducted online and the following points will be covered:
・Interest in manufacturing: We will check your enthusiasm and interest in the manufacturing industry and Japanese manufacturing.
・Communication skills: We place emphasis on teamwork in the workplace and evaluate whether you can communicate at a basic level.
・Physical strength and motivation: We will also ask about your physical strength and motivation to see if you can adapt to working in a manufacturing environment.
2. Check the visa requirements
We will check whether you meet the requirements for obtaining a visa to work in Japan. In particular, we will check whether residence status and work permits are applicable, and select those who meet the requirements.
3. Health-related Q&A
We check whether you have no health concerns and whether you can work in manufacturing on a long-term basis. We also check your physical strength and adaptability to the work environment to ensure safety at the manufacturing site.
4. Final Selection
After the interview, visa requirements and health checks are completed, a final selection will be made and the result will be notified to you.
5. Application for Certificate of Eligibility
Those who pass the selection process will be able to apply for a Certificate of Eligibility online.
