The analysis team will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Support for research and development related to textiles and chemical products through chemical and instrumental analysis
・Investigation and analysis of defects and complaints (foreign matter, discoloration, embrittlement, etc.)
・Quality control testing (antibacterial and antiviral testing, etc.)

1) Evaluation of properties of fibers and chemical products
・Component analysis (equipment used: FTIR, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, etc.)
・Physical property evaluation (equipment used: Instron testing machine, universal testing machine, etc.)
②Development and improvement of new materials
・Mixture study (methods used: experimental design, statistical analysis)
・Prototype evaluation (equipment used: SEM, DSC, TGA, etc.)
3) Investigating and analyzing the causes of defects and complaints
- Analysis of foreign matter contamination
・Analysis of the cause of discoloration
・Analysis of the cause of embrittlement

Application requirements
