Installation and maintenance of elevators, escalators, mechanical multi-story parking garages, etc.
You will be responsible for new construction and maintenance of elevators and other equipment, as well as post-installation adjustments. You will be able to handle Job for a variety of buildings, including large commercial facilities, factories, apartment buildings, schools, and showrooms.
■New construction
In cooperation with construction companies, design offices, and construction partner companies, we are responsible for managing the progress of elevator and other installation work. Sometimes we are also responsible for part of the installation work. After the work is completed, we conduct trial runs and adjustments of the installed equipment.
■ Maintenance
Elevators and escalators are required by law to undergo regular inspections and maintenance. We carry out inspections based on contracts with customers. As the actual work is carried out by a subcontractor, we check the inspection results once a month and report them to the customer. We make suggestions if any maintenance, such as part replacement, is necessary. We also troubleshoot when a breakdown occurs.
