In recent years, interest in software quality has grown, and coupled with developments in the field of AI, the importance of QA engineers is increasing.

Our QA team goes beyond simple functional testing, providing an environment where you can acquire upstream skills such as analyst and management skills through process improvement and defect analysis.

QA Engineer is a very rewarding position that allows you to contribute to improving quality throughout the organization.

We also develop and operate multiple web services, including a large-scale portal site related to nightlife that boasts over 100 million page views per month.

We are looking for QA engineers to help improve the quality of these services.

[Specific work content]

Responsible for test design, execution, analysis and automation to improve the quality of web services.

・Responding to test requests from the development team (confirming specifications, conducting tests, reporting defects)

・Specification review ・Test plan creation ・Test design ・Exploratory testing

・Automated testing of defect analysis and recurrence prevention measures (E2E testing, SEO SPIDER, various AWS services)

・Planning, designing, creating, executing and managing automated tests (Selenium, CodeceptJS, Playwright, Python, etc.)

・Propose improvements to the development process and plan and promote measures to improve quality

[Team environment]

The QA division has one deputy manager, one section manager, one chief, three leaders, eight members, and three system engineers (SES), and several members are foreign nationals!

There is a culture of individual discretion and a proactive exchange of opinions to work towards improving quality.

We also hold study sessions within the company, so there are plenty of opportunities to learn about QA and the web in general, and those who wish can also attend external seminars at the company's expense.

◆Junior QA Engineer

・More than 1 year of QA experience

・Those who have the potential to demonstrate leadership in the future (willingness to lead a team)

・Those who are willing to obtain QA-related qualifications designated by our company (such as JSTQB) within six months of joining the company, and who are able to continuously improve their skills

◆QA Leader

・2+ years of experience in QA design

・Team management experience (experience managing a team of 3 or more people for over 1 year)

*Foreign nationals must have Japanese language skills equivalent to or higher than N1.

◆QA Automation Engineer

・More than 1 year of development or automation experience

・People with AWS SAA level knowledge
