Store construction management work for a major nationwide chain (new store construction, renovation, remodeling, closing construction)
We manage the construction of stores that are closely connected to our daily lives, such as convenience stores, cafes, supermarkets, apparel stores, etc. that everyone uses.
We are the prime contractor for most Job, so we can directly reflect customer feedback.
[Workstyle]
・Overtime: Approximately 20 hours during off-peak periods and approximately 30 hours during peak periods.
- We will not set up unreasonable shifts, such as going straight from a night shift to a day shift!
・By introducing wearable cameras, we aim to manage construction without going to the site.
By reducing business trips and travel time, we are able to improve work efficiency and work styles.
Most construction projects take between two days and two weeks, so the on-site work period is also short.
